NA7 is still 4.2.2. Anything before 4.3 most likely will work domestically. Anything on 4.4.2 will NOT work.

So can you downgrade the modem to a 4.2.2 modem. I did the same thing with the AT&T S4 and wrote the tutorial on how to unlock for free on XDA. I would like to do the same for this phone as well.

I tried downgrading 4.4.2 modem to NA7 but it makes the imei NULL. Anyone have any other modems/solution?

Well you will need a modem.bin from believe 4.2.2 firmware and so far it's really hard to find...

The modem is here, the problem is that odin doesnt let you flash it.
