i9100 repair imei-problem [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

until my activation of spt will be done ..

i recived a spt card to try fixxing a i9100 imei.

i folowed procedure ,but when i try factory mode with c3300k cable, interface not detect any phone.

i'm tryng with z3x - port c3300k cable , ns-pro interface -c330k cable..

any help is welcomed.

First of all you no need use C3300k cable in 99% need use just usb

Correct procedure is here why you not use search button ??

i9100 unlock [INSTRUCTION INSIDE]

What android got your phone any version lower then v2.3.6 is supported 100%.

DO all step by step like is in instruction like I give you link and will work ok !! !! !!

i have few hours of diiferent methd aplied.

stil same error.

tried everithing form begining

flashed phone with rom from suport 2.3.5.

entered download mode , pressed reset default efs.after phone restarted.

i ticked repair imei enter imei from label , ticked unlock phone pressed factory mode with phone in usb cable same error.

This error mean you not use codes before all proces !!

Must enter codes like on picture before any process and must turn on use debug mode in phone setting or you not select correct port after restart phone!!

thax for usefull post .bro..... but i also have 5 mobile i9100 with no imei .its null blank.....even no 00000000 or no 0044 its blank...... i try all step as you told in picture also but stil same no imei blank.....what i do in that condition plz help me i buy this box only for this mobile to repair imei......plz plz help me

tried also this method.

used working cable with z3x cable..no succes , and working nspro cable - no succes..maybe need different cable..

also when i type *#9090# i have a different menu i use key input and by similarity with my working s2 i press 1.... maybe the problem is here

Man and again where I write to use other cable then USB ?? ??
After code input USB cable work ok with phone and after EFS reset.

And if you want more help do like I write do screenshoot or log from spt step by step what you do.

1. man thanks a lot for your help.
2. i don't think is a spt problem .i'm a new user of this sotware , but it look very easy to use.
i HOPE i'm doing something wrong , and it is not a hardware problem.

i wil make a video.

still i have some small thing to understand.

1. clean flash of phone with spt ..file from support.

2. put phone in usb debuging mode.

3.enter download mode , reset efs
4 phone is restarting detected as a different com port ticked imei repair , put in that box imei from back sticker , ticked unlock .
have that timeout error.
Tried on 3 pc...with diferent flash files , diferent thing done in different ways same timeout error.
this is method that you sugested.

tries almost 15 hours of diferent scenarios.

if i press *#7284# uart is set in modem , usb is set on pda ...changed both on modem , but when i pres *#9090# a black screen apears and i need to pres menu on touch screen where i have some options "key input " select row......etc , if i restart phone it is detected as usb flash loader utility

on my working s2 usb to diag is option number 1 so i press key input "1" but stil same result..error with timeout.

- if i press *#06# on phone no imei ...

BUT IF I LET PHONE WITHOUT BATTERY FOR A TIME AFTER I START IMEI IS SHOWED 00049....
CAN BE HARDWARE RELATED?

No this IMEI is normal becosue first you use SPT MODE and after thi mode 0049xxxx iMEI is normal.

And again what firmware you write to phone need be 2.3.4 or lower for sure not 2.3.6.

After write new firmware check boot code is any of it not work mean bad firmware and need use other *#9090# MUST WORK without this never will work.

i let the phone untouched , i sleppt 4 hours.

put phone in download mode .

ticked repair efs.

I TAKE OUT THE CABLE , REINSERTED.--ONLY THING DIFFERENT RESCAN PORTS

ticked repair imei , unlock ...

PHONE IS WORKING.

CONCLUSION.

have a HAPPY NEW YEAR
