be sure your phone is not i9100T or I9100G also check battery

Sir my fone is I9100T n it does not work after press unlock in factory mode or STP mode...just nothing happens..where i do wrong plz help me in this regard.

Note: my fone has Android ver 4.0.3, may be its the problem not unlocking.

yes your phone is i9100T and u try write i9100 then u get error its normal u should find i9100T firmware then flash i9100T

sir when i just select model i 9100t it does not show any thing even cannot show ports n when i just select model i 9100 it shows all ports including usb n com port,,so how can i do job if it does not detect?

are you using windows 7 ?? if yes start spt with admin rights then try again

Sir, my question was that, flash files cannot be selected n flash.

U just select files n flash then show me how to select files.
