i9300 imei null after imei change,hlp


hi after i repair imei,and then reboot the device, first it show the new imei and network signal,then after some hours it show circle in signal,and if i reboot the device first minutes it show imei null/null and baseband "unknown",then it becomes normal,i want to mention that even the imei and basband is good,the network signal sometimes circle and sometimes normal bar,is it hardware or i miss something?

1. Reset Default EFS
2. Enable USB Debugging
3. Connect UART Cable and Choose Box Port
4. Select SPT Super IMEI and do Factory Mode

flash it from support than reset efs after that repair imei
