This solutions for turkish users
Attention
sim 1 will not work (super imei)
sim 2 work fine (any imei)

steps
-First you must root your phone
-reset efs
-select super imei for sim 1
-write your imei in sim 2 (any imei)
-do factory mode
- dial *#0808#
-select DM+MODEM+ADB
-do repair 3g
-restart phone
-put sim in sim2
-wait 2-3 minutes

i9300i imei repair with bst tool step1 google search root file step2 run bst tool and writ defrnt efs file and repair imei file with rj45 cabel se full network ok

you must downgrade to 4.3
