I9500 IMEI Repair not registered on network[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello SPT Team
i want to thank you for this great box i've been using for years and i've put aside all other boxes

please let me share my problem

i have i9500 damaged imei generic imei 004499....
steps i followed:
1. phone download mode
2.restore default efs
3.phone normal mode
but the problem is i can't find the imei of my phone in super IMEI list
i tried writing it as older models just by typing in the imei in box with uart cable imei written successfully but when trying to test it giving not registered on network

your help is appreciated thank you for ur efforts

you will nor find your imie with super imie list for sure

you must use imie from list (super imie) to get network any other imie will not work

u mean the imei s in super imei won't be the same ones as the original on the back of the phone ? another imei will take place ?

no response from spt team or anyone plz i only need a little information usually one could test on both ways but in my case not possible to test i need exact response

you cant write original imei just support super imei listed number thats all

i write oen super imei but not call on. i see display not registrer network . pls help spt team. i need repair this phone . i flash whit stock firmware and odin 3.07 an then imei 004XXXXXXX .

hi try to restore to the original firmware that was in mobile you can use kies to know

my country has imei policy means my imei can only work on one sim card
i checked super imeis listed and managed to attach 1 imei to my account so my simcard can work
after i tried to write the imei i tried i get error IMEI Cert Fail but other super imeis write success
can u guide me how to fix the problem

sorry just listed imei can write and work with network other way is to send service center to phone and write label imei back for now

i understand but there is one imei in the list i registered to work on my sim but when i try to write it it gives IMEI cert failure pretty weird no ?? let me know plz i can do tests on the subject thx

you can change but not restore imei...

use superIMEI from SPT software....
