hi i have a g900w8 galaxy s5

i tried unlocking it but all i was able to do was reset the efs.
then i realized i had the no com port problem that everyone else seems to have so i was not able to proceed any further. i cannot get the driver to install i keep getting the yellow triangle. i installed the ftdi drivers and am able to see the com ports now but keep getting com init failure so im giving up on that aspect. i was able to use it in the past but dont know why for the life of me i cant use it now.

all i want now is to fix my imei, it reads unkown my baseband reads correct.
my imei is not blacklisted but i get all the symptoms because i have unkown imei.

i have saved nv with nv writer, the qcn with qpst, but did not save the efs folder. the real problem is that i cannot restore them, something is blocking the write. is it the s5 firmware? i didnt have these problems when i was working with my note 3 nv and qcn.

anyone know how i can extract my efs files from these backups or how to force a write to fix my imei

ok i got my spt box working, i set my model to sm-g900a entered my original imei in both imei slots, entered my sn.

it unlocked my phone i had to enter 00000000 as the network code.
recovered my imei and sn so they display properly.
only thing now i still need to pass imei certi mine is still fail.
i still get the not registered on network error.
i still have back up of my qcn before i messed with it but i cant restore/write the file with qpst. i keep geting to 2% and then "Memory Restore Failed!"
"Received an invalid command from the phone."

is my certi stored in my nv file or qcn file? anyone know how i can extract them or restore them? or any other means?
ive tried flashing to official, factory restore initializing on kies3. all still same result with imei certi fail.
