Member: 1918024 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1638888 Thanks Meter: 45 | N900W8 Unregistered SIM aftre unlock 4 weeks Network test all OK but several weeks later customer bring it back said no network put all my active sim card to test all show me "unregister SIM" is the superIMEI become backlist ? should I redo unlock again? How to fix the problem? |

Member: 2151956 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | There is a chance when you did the IMEI repair the phone was on 4.3 and the customer afterwards upgraded to 4.4.2. If they did that update the modem in the 4.4.2 update causes the IMEI Cert to fail. Just downgrade the modem back to the 4.3 modem and it should work no problem..whenever i do a 4.3 n900w8 i flash it to 4.4.2 and downgrade the modem then do repair before giving it back to customer to avoid any issues. |

Member: 1918024 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1638888 Thanks Meter: 45 | after unlock I flashed the phone to 4.4.2 and downgrated the modem to 4.3 i was working Ok the problem is how come their block the SUPERIMEI the question is should I go over again to reset default EFS, to change another Super IMEI, and fix 3G/4G network or just change SupreIMEI directly? |

Member: 1918024 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1638888 Thanks Meter: 45 | After test with different sim cards I found the phone can only work with Bell or Virgin It seems the phnoe did not fully unlock I redo reset Default EFS, ......the whole unlock process the phone is working fine now. |
