N900W8 Unregistered SIM aftre unlock 4 weeks

N900w8 unlock successfully
Network test all OK
but several weeks later
customer bring it back said no network
put all my active sim card to test
all show me "unregister SIM"

is the superIMEI become backlist ?
should I redo unlock again?
How to fix the problem?

There is a chance when you did the IMEI repair the phone was on 4.3 and the customer afterwards upgraded to 4.4.2. If they did that update the modem in the 4.4.2 update causes the IMEI Cert to fail. Just downgrade the modem back to the 4.3 modem and it should work no problem..whenever i do a 4.3 n900w8 i flash it to 4.4.2 and downgrade the modem then do repair before giving it back to customer to avoid any issues.

after unlock I flashed the phone to 4.4.2
and downgrated the modem to 4.3
i was working Ok
the problem is how come their block the SUPERIMEI
the question is
should I go over again to reset default EFS,
to change another Super IMEI, and fix 3G/4G network
or just change SupreIMEI directly?

After test with different sim cards
I found the phone can only work with Bell or Virgin
It seems the phnoe did not fully unlock
I redo reset Default EFS, ......the whole unlock process
the phone is working fine now.
