Need Help Spt Box not working

Hello SPT Team Please help me I have Samsung Note 3 SM-N900W8
I wipe efs then on repairing imei it shows
Please wait enter test mode and after that it shows time out right now
zero imei # and unable to repair imei pleaes help me out

for factory mode use UART cable select right comport. Good luck

Thanks for your quick response

1- I used RJ45 uart cable
2- I select comport (only 1 comport shows in the box)
3- select imei
4- Factory Mode

it shows please wait enter test mode and after that it shows time and its unable to repair imei

Try repairing using the option SM-9005

I tried the following options
first wipe efs then used RJ45 - UART cable then select imei from super imei then pres factory mode button after that it shows Please wait enter test mode then time out
please someone help me what to do for fixing imei

yes I select SM-N9005 and wipe efs after picked imei from superimei then press Factory Mode after it shows Please Wait Enter Test Mode after few seconds Timeout still unable to repair IMEI

PLEASE HELP SPT TEAM I AM STILL WAITING
