spt team, please i just acquire a new spt box2, i had email my user ini to the support but still i havnt received feed back, also i had install the latest version of the software, but i cant run it. please help me out

Best and faster way is ask reseller to active box He can do this INSTANT.

so please is because it has not been activited that why i cant run the program or its may be i didnt install it well? my reseller is ipmart

Is not activated with spt you can't bad install this is almost impossible.
If you wait 24h and your reseller still not give you activation send user.ini file to my emial will help you.

i have copy and paste the active code in to the user ini but still cant run the software, please do i need to plug power adptor into the 5volts? im using the new spt2

no need adaptor if u get activate string so put inside user.ini then paste user.ini spt folder then run sw first time will blink but second try will work if still not work contact me on msn i help you
