No com port in device manger - GSM-Forum

After install the new version there is no port in device manger. I check the admin everything is fine I can run sw but in com port there is two port there and two of them are Rim port but not spt I chk in device manager in port but no spt port there before I am using the old version everything was ok. Can some one help for this please?i am using windows7 64 bit I also allow the admin but still there is no port same computer I was using spt box with old version but since I install the new version this problem start. But when I use on my other computer everything is ok. But not this computer what is problem somebody help.

Right Click On Spt Shortcut Run As Admin.
