note 3 cert fail


my note 3 scl22 (au) n900j which show imei cert fail???

try with different model ..
reset efs
imei
then network repair

not working...


any solution

Or...instead of waiting on someone you could take it upon yourself to repair the IMEI to one in a .cert file and sign it using AT commands over UART.

i am very sorry for hijacking the thread. but i really need your help.
btw I have sent you a message yesterday. i really need your help for signing imei using AT command. i have cert file, and i need to convert it to AT-command.
