Please help i can not open soft spt with spt box new

Hello friend! Go to official web of SPT http://www.sptbox.com/ and download the
initial
software - http://support.sptbox.com/SPTCARD.exe
install the software
then after 1st execution of SPT software the file user.ini will be
created
at ...\program files\SPT\...
send this file to your reseller
activation will be completed soon

Max 24h you need wait but usually 2-3h.
