I use SPT in USTPro2 and you work in Win XP onky. For me not work in W7 or W8.

Activation works well with W7 too.

USTPro2 comports not work with win7 and win8, you must reprogram ftdi chip under win xp.

Maybe you should install proper drivers to FTDI or smard card, depends where is the problem.
Also lot of programs need JAVA or/and Net Framework to run.

You do not need to install Java and NET to use SPT software.

hi
i tried with win xp, win7 32bit and win7 64bit but still it shows only usb port even i tried with adminstrator but still same problem. it was working fine but when i reinstall the windows it start that problem. i need help plz i m struggling from last 2 weeks. Thanks

Dear Sir

After My PC . windows updated from windows 8 To Windows 8.1
my SPT is open normally and with mini USB cable ' only
but I can't used serial com with RJ cable
*-I try so many Driver still same problem
*-Last version I have - CDM v2.10.00 WHQL Certified

*-Device USB\VID_0403&PID_0000\FTWPG7TR
*-Driver Name: null

Most boxes use FTDI chip to communicate with phones.
try from here

I use SPT on WIN 7 x64 - no problem.

Most of my options are greyed out and it no longer displays instructions on the left, it'll say just "android". I just did a few Note 3s successfully and now it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

You can fix it with special drivers. F.e. with http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f296...i-fix-1871616/
