what are the different functions of the pox and how to do it?

I found a lot of videos but they are not in English

I also have purchased this box recently. But this box is very poor regarding support. I am thinking to return this box. See the previous threads and you will see this team answering the newbies very rude answers and they say "This box is not for newbies"!!! instead of helping them.
