Problem to active SPT on UST Buyed on IPmart [ANSWERED]

Hello team.

i buy activation SPT for UST Box pro 2 on few days ago and make all tests

So i ask IPmart to activate it and after 2 days they send msg above:

But when i try to make step by step from manual i have a msg from server about "no more upgrade logs" as above:

So i contact IPmart support and them tell me to wait 12 hours to SPT Team solve my problem.

I wait, but not solved.

I would like to tell me about what i have to do, because if i dont want to trying connect to server to prevent you block my card and lost my activation.

I lost many time on contact with IPmart, and many msgs but no solution.

If i send a msg with all explanation about my problem, they dont have any job to read, only tell me to make procedure on manual step by step, but it was made.

Server reported error:[0007] No more upgrade logs


This error mean that your serial is not allowed to update just wait for ipmart that they will tell you that they add your serial to server without this will never work.
You pay ipmart money you need solve this with ipmart no other way.

i know it.

IPmart tell me 2 times about my serial is on your server, so i think about they are joking with me and i canīt have nothing to do with this big lier.

Hello Team,

I have a msg from ipmart telling to try to contact you because they are doing it too as showing on picture attached.

I know about my problem is with ipmart, but i need help with this question.


This is a happy response.

I send private msg with my serial number to SPTTEAM when post on 1st msg in this thread.

And I answer you again if they pay us for activation and give your serial then all will be enabled on server side without this we can't help you becsoue you pay they and only they got your money and can solve problem.
