rather asking this way, see who is the most active customer here. and when you are asking to work as volunteers so u can also ask them personally. im sure most of them will wiling to help.
i believe customers who is been asking logical questions from the beginning and dont repeat same questions he became an expert by now. and now he can guide new customers easily.
a good supporter is very important if u want to provide quality support. not like someone who will always reply check drivers, check cable, check hardware etc etc. so you must choose someone perfect to ensure your own product's support quality.
