Question about imei change and gingerbread update on i9000[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

hi guys,
i want to learn that can i update my phone software (2.1 eclair) to 2.3 gingerbread after imei clone (if i update my phone's software can my phone's new imei replaced with old non working imei)

before upgrade u need change your imei with patch file then later u can upgrade and will work with new imei 2.3.3
