i have i9100 for unlock with android version 4.0.3
is there any to unlock that phon vaya downgrading modem etc.

any kind of fast help will be appreciated

Old news I write this when root metode for 4.0 not egsist right now you can root android 4.0.x without problem with some metode on XDA forum or just downgrade to 2.3.5 and will be possible unlock without root with reset efs button and procedure from stick topic.

it's very easy
first flash phone with 4.03 version I9100XXLPQ_I9100OXXLPD_XEH
then root phone with CF-Root-SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-v5.3-CWM5
then unlock
