rooted and usb debuging checked
foctory mode not working why

in the list it's written its supported
log is
please wait enter test mode ... timeout16.5sc
i've try all codes
*#0808#
*#7284#
all cases not working
why u say it is supported when it is not

Do you try code *#9090# and select uart or usb there and use correct cable after ?
