Do you test code for full reset ? *2767*3855# ?? If not help just flash phone to new firmware and all will be reseted no other way.

i try the reset code *2767*3855# NOT work the same problem
when the phone is open is wrote S8530K
and when i press*#1234# SW S5380KXXKH1 CSC S5380D)XAKK1
