You are sure you insert sim card that support band what phone support and you are sure phone is not barred by operators ??
And last think you are sure phone work before unlock ??

after patch firmware rewrite original modem file then make reset with *2767*3855# its will solve your problem

i never this use this solution...

but try other tool by loading patch file by P1000 only
after flashing patch file the phne unlock...

u can also with spt write p1000 patch file i just write for same modem file solution
