SGH-I257 IMEI Repair and Unlock

Everyone seems to be having trouble with the AT&T variant of the S4 Mini, the SGH-I257. You don't need root, you don't need a special firmware patch like the software suggests. Just place the SGH-I257 into download mode, connect to USB cable, select the correct com port and click Reset EFS. When the phone boots, dial *#0808#, put into the proper mode, connect to UART, enter the correct IMEI, then click factory mode. After the phone fully boots from the factory mode wipe, be sure to put into the proper mode again, leaving connected to UART, and click repair 3g network, then reboot. That's it folks.

Duh you don't need root phone using SPT .... Because you are wiping "EFS" form Download Mode ... and repair IMEI over "UART"
