mark unlock and imei then put phone download mode and press spt mode thats all

i do it but still imei show null/null

No need jtag if it shows imei null/null flash it and try again your problem will be solved .

i flash but same problem in my phone baseband version "unknown"

its look like hardware try it jtag write full dump or just efs part then later try with spt
