Shv-E160L imei problem after unlock

imei number lost after unlock SHV-E160L
as per instruction reset Efs then Rebuild + unlock but after unlock and rebuild imei still 000000000000

phone had imei before unlock

here is the log everything shows fine but imei result 000000

what did you press to enter phone in factory mode and about network you need to change frequency from setting

After default efs imei become "00000000" 8 zero then rebuild imei become 00000000000000/00

for network this model have a gsm also + cdma

that is a uart factory command i dun think root is necessary once command accepted by phone, if not may need root, btw phone is rooted before

my friend i know box options i am asking what you must choose from phone what you type

as normal after efs reset connect to uart then make factory command with rj45 cable

Factory Mode:
*#7284# and choose UART -> MODEM

after that its connected with rj45 but if u cant access that menu i think u need downgrade firmware
whatever that is no use because SPT Solution doesn't work for imei as you can see..
