The point of your post was...? I dunno why so many people say or show something yet when it comes time to explain it they're nowhere to be found.

There isn't much to explain, you only need IMEI + cert

certificate FAIL

i have tried numereous attempts to get a PASS, but not SUCCESS. if that is the case then multiple boxes can be used... to certain repairs to pertained paritions.
*** box IMEI repair... *** box flash CERTIFICATE...correct me if IM wrong, i could be though BUT seen couple of YOUTUBE videos and there might be other method to flash certicate or/and MODEM/ via ****>>. SERVER based PROGY is another option guys doing remotely just use GOOGLE... SPT required! from what I understand.

I thought it was not possible to write certs to s5 models or else I am sure someone would have done it... z3x has also not introduced it yet...

Thats the only way to change the S5 imei, you need to change IMEI and write certs to phone. People are already doing it, its just not a public solution or even for sale.

upgrade firmware

Could it be that by updating to NE6 build... imei repair with *** box... downgrading modem/kernel to NCH... just a hypothesis... will try and post... the most reasonable would be to use *** box for imei repair... *** box for certificate flashing would be an other option...

I just gave you the answer above. You don't have to do all that. All you need is IMEI and cert for that IMEI. Any other way is impossible.

I am so glad to hear that the SPT team is competing against its own customers. Is SPT in the business of selling unlock and IMEI solutions or in the retail business of unlocking and repairing individuals' phones. It sounds like they want their cake and to eat it too. That is like a wholesaler competing against its own retailer. This is why I am done supporting their products. No one should support a company that is in the business of under cutting its own clients.

Baseband does need to be NCH or NE2 and below in order for it to work so they are using some exploits found on this older basebands like other people posted here all done using the factory mode, good luck guys

I haven't seen an "exploits" on the baseband that makes it verify any imei cert. I done plenty of phones regardless of baseband version. I am not sure how that should matter, since these imei cert are directly calculated from Samsung.
