i have samsung SoftBank 707SCII please wait n restarting keep on restarting please wait n please wait.....
i have flash but still same any luck how to sloved this problem........

did you write with boot ? but must sure not low version trying u must try latest version firmware with boot

i have 709sc 3pcs restarting not solved by ust-pro2 , spt-box , z3x ,nspro.
i have 709sc 1pcs restarting , problem solved by hardware ( pcb clean ).
i have v804ss 3pcs restarting ,problem solved by hardware ( pcb clean ). 5pcs solved by V804SS_Downloader.
i think ,restarting problem 70% hardware

you mean its hardware problem.....are you sure?
anyway ill try with hardware so solution by software is't?
