Software fails?[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

i have bought an SPT box, installed the software and drivers and then run the spt.exe, it flashes up for a second, there is a ping and the window vanishes instantly, how can i fix this? there isnt even any sort of error message to give me a clue where to start

1. go here: SPT-Box software
2. go to "Register SPT-Box"

all i get with that is:

searching dongle...
dongle is not found

the light is on and the port shows up in device manager

This means:
1. Smart-Card is not inserted well into Card-Reader
2. Smart-Card is absent
3. Smart-Card is damaged

ive now tried on several systems, inclusing a clean win7 64 and win7 32, drivers install for everything except the smartcard, on x64 pointing it at the folder with the card drivers in gives a driver not supported find one for 64 bit error

on the 32bit it starts to install then says cannot find file specified and dies out there, now in both cases i get the result shown in the screen print here

sadly the repair software crashes instantly on my machine, i just get smartcardrepair.exe has stopped working, here is the error log
