spt 18.4.4 problem - GSM-Forum

hi all . as you know we can write super imei with cert only with 18.4.4 version
but i can't run it under windows 10
when i open app nothing happens
all other version work ok but 18.4.4 cant run
can anyone help me ?

Only xp. Spt work perfect with win xo sp.3

all other version can work perfectly on sindows 10. but they have problem on superimei
as you know after superimei phone says imei cert fail, can you help me how to solve this problem on version 20.4.8 ?
