hi i bought spt from ipmart few days back also mailed them but no reply how i can activate my box??

Code:

==> S/N: 00002F5DC***** (12125)
==> Box owner: azeem781986
==> Box owner e-mail: azeem_hifi@hotmail.com
==> Reseller: ipmart
==> connecting to http://register.sptbox.info/...
==> result:
2012.07.30 01:00:48 188.48.71.97 : register : serial [00002F5DCA0*****, 12125] should be activated via reseller !

Failed: 00002F5DCA0*****

i just got reply that thanks for buying product and wel will reply but still w8ing
