SPT Box Dead - NOT RESPONDING[SOLVED]

I have a spt box which I have been using for 6 months or so... Now it wont recognize the spt driver... upon further investigation I tried my friends box and it works like charm...

Physically nothing wrong with box... no damage and was used minimal...
