SPT BOX: Dongle is not found [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Hello to all, this my first installation of my new best box SPT. I installed the software and identifying every things, I opened the Activator when I press: Read box serial number I got this msg>
searching dongle...
dongle is not found
And the box is blinking when I pressing just.
Any one know something?

Remove Antivirus-Download Files again and Install all New.

Haicha: Brother This is a new windows with a new Pc (Dell Core i3 under XP SP3). I didn't install any antivirus up to now. By the way before three days I installed it in my old Pc which is poor And was working perfectly even support side and I downloaded some files from there. But now the activator won't find the dongle and SPT interface is just appear for a sec and disappear again.

If software work on other pc then you got activated dongle no need active it on secound or any othr pc just install last installer and use. About your problem 99% you connect to computer few dongle/box and this is problem just disconnect all and connect just sptbox/dongle and turn on software and will work correct.

wgmmmx1: Thanks for your help, but I bought this PC just for spt box and I didn't install any DONGLE with it. And the problem still same box interface appear for a sec and disappear .

Just check device manager that you got good driver installed and smartcard egsist in it.

if u cant run sw its mean u didnt activate your box yet should send user.ini file to sptactivation@gmail.com

Well, it seem to be a windows problem because in my old Pc is running normal. Dose any one have a good one which it tested with SPT and working perfect to download it?
And which version of Java I have to install with it? Please Advice me I spent all my money for SPT and new PC

this i think some mainboard problem of pc its not about java

Finally SOLVED. The problem was In smart card Driver. I contact my reseller, there is different between the GPG industry and other.

AhmedKsal: I am talkin about GPG and you can find the Smart Card in SETool2
TOP_driver_card-reader_xp.exe
Now my Box workin under XP perfectly
