Dear Friend,

I have posted very detailed instruction earlier and all that you can reply "please give me instruction". I do not see any reason to explain more if you even can not say what is the problem exactly.

If you need more assistance - you can contact to your Reseller (man who have got money from you for box) or you can contact to supporters who is listed in SPT forum as "Product supporters".

Nobody will be able to help you if all your explanations will be "not work".

You have an instruction already but you have ignored it by unknown reason so why continue to ask for a help without giving any your own results ?

When Mprog doesnt connect you have an incorrect driver installed. You must uninstall all the box drivers and force install the FTDI driver as a usb to serial convertor and then Mprog will detect it.

Hey did you use the default.ept and modify or did you pull one from a working SPT box? Same question as above for the Z3x?

Also the SPT has done the same problem as before so I reprogram and it works for a while is there a more permanent solution?

I went thru the same thing every time that I turn off the computer or unplug/plug back the drivers were gone again,I switched USB ports and that seem to worked, luckily my computer has a bunch of USBs. Im using the boxes on USB 3.0 and that fixed it, the boxes are recognized as before but without the names. I used default settings for Z3x.
