| SPT BOX port not detected[ANSWERED] hi all...need help. i'm new user for SPT box. already installed with thie version SPTCARD1022. already send sn to support team so now can login to support. but when i run the software, cant detect port for this SPT BOX. when i click on port...there is nothing to choose. i try to run as administrator but only loading for about 50-60% and stop. and nothing appears. can somebody help ?  thanks a lot best regards, TJ |

| its your windows problem not spt problem or driver win7 make all time problem better is use windows xp for samsung |

| i have same problem i can enter into support area i have replace user.ini file i have installed it on xp but same after loading 50% it diappear what is the beat solution to this problem |
