yes sir spt I sent an email to management explaining the situation unfortunately never in a place of positive or did not get a negative answer when I talked to smartgsm 4iş day they told me they will respond via email but they have neither positive nor do not give negative answers I was the victim here impossible to use without spt box support section spt have no reason to close the chapter management support disrespectful behavior I do not understand me, sir.

I should not have to open a support section so I just want to authorized persons who have the right but not even answer the meaning of this attitude is really hard.

spt gsm smart management vendor does not respond in any way please give me some support section or send me a new spt box within the support section.
