SPT mode error, file acess error[ANSWERED]

Dears,

Please help me to change the IMEI for I9300 from 004999...
I got message during entering the SPT mode file access denied as attached screen shot.
I bought this box only to fix i9300 IMEI, and this is my first use to the box.
Please your help.

Many thanks
