how to solve this ??

u need to reset ur fone bcz ur phone unlocking setting is not working bcz some time when u conect ur phone again ad again with pc usb driver do conflic so u need tor reset ur fone and do again
1000% ur problm will slove

when u can root your phone then its ask allow option on your phone press allow your phone will b rooted
