spt not show comport in windows 7 - GSM-Forum

Dear suport

i have just installed spt on windows7 all drivers r well installed but when i open soft , it not shows comport in software but it show usb serial port 3 in device menager. how i can fix this issue sir?

Try to run spt soft as administrator.

Hi ,I have same issue with no com port or even usb ports.
All other boxs work in the same machine and no problem at all.
For now I use a xp usb key and boot on it to do the jobs with spt.
Problem started after the last 2 updates I think. Windows 7 64bits.
@rasgula - Running program with admin rights will not fix the issue.

Bro SPT work for me in Windows 7(86) and 8.1 (64) without any problem.
