Yes,14.3 not works too.
Maybe the driver is not right.
USB Serial Port(COM7)

Your box is not broken you just need to reprogram with a Mprog. Search for that software on this site.

If your box is not found. Download latest FTDI drivers. Then go to the drivers for the box that are currently installed and update driver to the serial to usb convertor driver by going and choosing it yourself. Then box will be detected then use Mprog to fix it as stated in previous posts in the forum.
