spt team please help urgent [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

dear spt team
i have two samsung mobiles one is Gt s8300
and the other is GT s 3353
both i can not flash kindly tell me the procedure how to flash these mobiles
i m totally new i bought spt box a few days ago and kindly tell me are phones flashed with battery or with out battery
these fotos are for s3353 this mobile came to me same condation when powering on this screen appears and whi try to connect with pc randomly connecting and disconnecting with pc i install infineon driver also plz help urgent thanks in advance for quick responce

Man go to support and get manual, video and read , watch after read stick topic with FLASH / UNLOCK instruction and after you will know all.
All is write in video and manuals then will not tell you again the same.
You buy spt mean you want be professional mean you can read ??
