SPT UART Connection Problem

hello guys,,

i have a problem with SPT ..
i can't connect any android phone via UART cable ..
whatever i do .. SPT won't recognize it ..
i've tried everything ..
-changing the cable 7 times ..
-check SPT RJ Socket .. and it's working fine with other BADA phones ..
-i applied alot of guides on the internet without any luck ..
i know i have to dial *#7284# and select Modem ..
i know if i can't see the screen of UART options then i have to power off the phone and start it with UART connected ..

as i said .. i've tried everything .. but no luck ..

pls HELP.

1. installed correct driver for STB box
2. select correct comport (get the info from device manager)

1-SPT Drivers working fine .. and i've checked it ..
2-SPT Com is 4 according to Device Manager .. and i'm choosing it every time ..

what kind of support is that .. !!

make sure the com port and cable for your box is selected correctly

for most android phones the cable is s7070

factory mode = uart cable

1st of all .. thx for helping ..
2nd of all .. as i said .. i'm checking the com port every single time ..
3rd of all .. i'm using c3300 cable .. should i use s7070 ??

one more question ..
i'm thinking of buying the UART CLIP from GPG ..
is it good enough for SPT ??
