Z3x team can you help me how to unlock this unit in a right way,,,,,i can't connect the unit unto box,,,,,can you give me a right procedure,,, hope that you can help,,,,,,please,,,,

It is very simple

1.connect both port 2in1 cable to the phone
2.search phone
3.unlock sp

if sw says "unsupported" then flash latest version of firmware.

The unit must be ON......

It is very simple

1.connect both port 2in1 cable to the phone
2.search phone
3.unlock sp

if sw says "unsupported" then flash latest version of firmware.

install necessary drivers to detect the phone remember when unlocking phone must be on and use combo cable rj45 and usb...

in flashing turn it in download mode 9+power on...flashing via usb and unlocking via rj45
