Hi mates i have 2 pcs 820SC phones to unlock then i tryed with 5.3.2 but its giving following error message then i tryed nother 820sc its a step
lso same error message whats wrong with my unlock please help me step by

Searching Qualcomm USB interface... not found
Searching phone at COM interface... ok

Unlock as Softbank... error, can not read SW version, will try read via Samsung USB interface

bfor unlock if i need to flash with any patch ? if yes please which file i need ?

in my own experience unlocking that phone

if serial number reads 00000000000

100% cable fault

connect com and USB both port
Then search phone
Post log again after this proccess

Boot mode????
You wanna flash firmware?
If you wanna unlock this phone have to be in normal mode.

i need to unlock this phone but when i connect this phone with normal mode its asking driver but i dont have 820 sc driver please can u give me alink

Hey man, no need any driver when unlocking.
Put only com(rj45) cable to box.
Don't connect USB cable.
Then press search phone.
And now you may press unlock sp

Hope you can unlock this phone

Please setup the driver in normal mode
and connect both port (com and USB) to box
then try unlock again

after this post log again.

PS. PM me about driver

please help me

your logs means you have a bad cable..try another one. if still the same juct check usb connector of your phone...hope it helps..

try reflash phone with firmware from support.

try connect usb cables too and setup drivers.

this is strange phone. need usd 2in1 cables.
software will use com part for unlocking and usb part for reading sw name and imei
