after unlock now i show only

i unlock with Z3X but customer in next day he come with this problem, and he saw never had this problem before.

i whant to know this problem coming from unlocking ?

other buttones working, also when i touch make vibratios but cant move the ( + )

Maybe he drop it, in my opinion I think it's not made by unlocking. It's hardware problem.
