All basic information you will find in sticky threads like "FAQ I'm new user", "FAQ about CERT and QCN" and others FAQ or like.
Regarding your request (and after you read a little to understand what I say), if you got imei null you will ned a CERT to write to phone. That's the only way you will repair this.

Summary: You lost imei, you need to bring it back to phone, and the way you'll bring it back is with a file (cert) containing a valid imei. BTW you need in most of cases pay for that file, and if you're lucky you will find it for free here somewhere in forum.

Hope it helps you a little.
BR

Yes, you can. But if it is blacklisted you will get "emergency calls only", just try if you're lucky it will work.

All depends of every operator I think. In most of cases it works with no problems.

i think that my free cert file is a fake or invalid.
i saw octoplus forum, team releases cert file in them support area.
they are more forward than the Z3X team?
i could use octuplus cert fie with z3x or where i can find or buy a valid and secure cert?
after write cert,I have to do something else with z3x software?

keep in mind that certs shared here r public, any1 can/will use them

u can buy private cert-look in other sections for it

u may need to write QCN just to get signal on the phone as many times u have emergency calls only after writing cert
