Member: 983080 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | Thanks for reply. i did put the recovery directory inside the samsungtoolpro directory, it passed the file check. but now, new problem, phone won't boot, just showing "An error has occured while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software." while resetting pattern lock, on the phone, an error is shown, the FRP lock has denied the reset. Do you have any idea on how i can make it alive, without losing data??? |

To recover without data loss boot phone in to recovery mode check firmware version and download from sammobile and flash with z3x Sent from my HUAWEI SCC-U21 using Tapatalk |
