i just read codes on this j400m i recived this code 49053163
but when i tried to add it ro my phone it says code incorrect 10 credits were deducted from my account i need a refund

I already tried the 4 codes not successfully
I must say that I have unlocked like 100 different phones using the same method this is the very first time that this happens , an incorrect code by z3x
