I flashed combination file, removed frp, made factory reset but phone remains in factory binary mode and frp on. plz help and guide

If you do not reflash with original firmware it will stay forever with factory binary.
About FRP, ckeck if you have developers option > Enable OEM unlock and then try to remove FRP in download mode, if there is no option, then try anywaw to reset FRP in download mode. Also don't forget to reflash phone to back to original firmware, and check if after flash FRP is still enabled.

Enable OEM Unlock option not coming in Developer mode of factory binary, what should i do..

ferst enable OEM unlock secound flash by orginale firmware and latest version, solving your problem.
