Wipe cache from recovery then try again *#0808#, if still doesn't work hard reset phone

Have this problems. Product code: SM-A520FZKANEE not work *#0808#. I try wipe chache and data, change firmware, not solve. Does anyone know the solution?

This can happen with a corrupted CSC, just reflash phone with full stock firmware, enable ADB-Debug in Developer Options, then try again *#0808#
