A767 Unlock error.Any Body Please help.Urgent.

I used E210 usb data cable.And 2 in 1 cable also.But 2 in 1 cable is not detect the phone.Only E210 usb data cable detects the phone in samsung mode.What is the process for doing unlock this phone?Is this model supports for unlocking?Any body help me for unlock Please.Its very urgent.Thanks.

for samsung mode use 2in1 cable.

for qualcom mode use usb cables.

How change mode see under phone pictures in software.

Yeh.I do the same process.But phone is not unlocked.

When I connect the hand set in samsung mode phone is not detect.I will try number of times.When i connect it in qualcom mode it will detects.But it was came error in unlocking.Can you please give me a suggestion for this problem.Because it was second handset.Before some days same problem is came but that is another hand set.Can you please give me a manual or video file for unlocking procedure?Thanks.

Unlocking (qualcomm mode)

1. Typed code for swich phone to qualcomm mode.
2. Power off and power on phone.
3. Connect only USB cable to phone.(can use only USB part of 2in1 cable)
4. Setup drivers.
5. Check option in qualcom software "qualcomm mode for unlock".
6. Press unlock.

(if phone not found check cable, drivers:
1. Are you installed drivers for your phone what exat cable you use?
2. Are you can see ypur phone in windows Hardware Manager ? )


Unlocking (Samsung mode)

1. Typed code for swich phone to samsung mode.
2. Power off and power on phone.
3. Connect 2in1 cable.
4. Setup drivers.
5. Check option "use 2in1 cables"
6. Press unlock/

(if phone not found,

try press Read NVM, if NVN read error - check COM part of cable)

What is code for qualcomm mode and samsung mode?

Run Qualcomm tool 4.3 or high

Choise phone.

Under phone pictures you will see:

Cable: - cables pictures.
USB mode: - Information about swich phone to dif usb mode.

Click on USB MODE!


Also try different Unlock method addition or sp for each mode

Thanks I returned the handset to customer.Already he was given two days time.But it was not successful.I will try my level best but it is useless.I have done this process what is given by you thats same.Its ok I will try next time.Any way thanks for your nice support.

what mode usb a767 need when unlock?? samsung usb ??or we must test each mode usb and rj45?
a767 is unlock samsung or qualcomm,thx u for help
